An accurate ROI calculation requires knowing your "Fully Loaded Cost." A cheap printing deal can be misleading if the distribution labor is expensive.
- Total Households: The total number of homes you are targeting. This is your sample size.
- Printing & Design: The hard cost to design and physically produce the materials.
- Distribution: The cost to get it on the door. Whether you pay a canvassing team, use USPS EDDM, or pay yourself an hourly wage to walk the neighborhood, this cost must be included.
